On 21 August 2009, H.E. the President of Malawi Dr. Bingu wa Mutharika, the Vice President, several ministers and ambassadors, and 4.000 Malawians inaugurated the second DAPP Teacher Training College at Amalika in Malawi. The college will train 90 teachers per year to become well qualified primary school teachers in rural Malawi.
