Launch of Total Control of the Epidemic in Democratic Republic of Congo

On 13 May 2009, the official launch of 3 TCE areas, covering 300.000 people, took place in Kinshasa in DR Congo. HIV/AIDS is on the rise in the country. The event was hosted by HPP-Congo and attended by the Minister of Health, the Director of National AIDS Programs, the President of the Kabila Foundation, World Bank and UNAIDS representatives.
