Staff training is of great importance for any organization. In this section, Humana People to People presents two very different ways of training its staff: the 2 x 6 months full time training program at Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe, Malawi and Angola, and the ever on-going in-service training that takes place at Humana People to People International Headquarters in Zimbabwe through conferences and meetings.
